For those requiring specialized dementia care, our home health aide services ensure a compassionate approach tailored to individual needs. Our skilled team performs necessary catheter and ostomy care, administers pain medications while monitoring their efficacy, and ensures the coordination of care through direct communication with the client’s physician and entire healthcare team, maintaining a seamless and effective plan.

At Alpha HealthPlus, we provide compassionate, non-skilled assistance designed to maximize client independence, safety, and comfort at home. Our certified aides support essential Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, safe mobility and transfers, and feeding assistance. We also help with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens, grocery shopping, prescription pickups, meal planning and preparation, and medication reminders to ensure timely self-administration.

Temporary Relief: Scheduled relief for primary caregivers, ranging from a few hours to extended periods (overnight, weekends, or several days) to allow for rest and personal time. 

Continuity of Care: Our staff ensures seamless execution of the client's established care plan, covering all necessary Home Aide and nursing services.
